Exchange Policy for MAINTAIN

At MAINTAIN we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item bought from our store, please review the following guidelines and terms of our exchange policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
• Original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all exchanges

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at maintainoriginals@gmail.com within the 7-day exchange period
• Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
• Pack the item securely with the original packaging and include the RA number visibly on the package

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for the exchange
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item's safe return

Exchange Options:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of the exchange
• You can choose to exchange the item for a different size, colour, or an alternative product of equal value
• If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for exchanged items. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit or gift card for the price difference will be issued

Final Considerations:

• Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• MAINTAIN reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the above-stated requirements.
